This is our refund policy for all online courses.

Definitions:

Refund: A refund is defined as paying back the money received from any customer either an institution or an individual with respect to a purchase of MindMatrix Academy program, content or service.

Transfer: The transfer is defined as handing over your MindMatrix Academy program, content or service to another individual.

Refund Denial
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
  • The course has been consumed partially or fully by the user before the refund was requested.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by the user.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Community Standards.
Credit Only Refunds
In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using MindMatrix Academy credits, provided it meets the requirements of the refund policy. Any course purchased using only MindMatrix Academy credits, will not be eligible for any refund.
Subscription Services
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any subscription service. It is the users responsibility to inform us in case they want to discontinue their subscription services with an understanding that it would take us 30 days required to cancel the subscription services. If you're enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged.
Refunds for Courses Purchased through a 3rd Party
Since the payment for the course was processed by the third-party vendor, we do not have the transaction on file and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.
Refunds for Courses Enrolled through a 3rd-Party Sale or Promotion
If you enrolled in a course through a third-party sale or promotion on their platform/site (for example: a company is selling or giving away MindMatrix Academy courses), please contact the third-party directly to request a refund. MindMatrix Academy does not have access to the necessary information to review or process these refund requests.
Transfer of Courses
We do NOT allow transfer of a purchased course from one user to another under any circumstance unless the course has been purchased by an institution as part of an institutional tie-up. In that case, the course(s) should not have been consumed fully or partially by the first user.
Please Note
In case of cancellation of any program by MindMatrix Academy, the full amount will be refunded.

Refund Structure

Live programs

2 Programs with program having duration of 8 Hrs to 24Hrs 1. There is no refund in case the process is initiated after 24hrs purchasing of the program.
2. Refund of fees possible after deduction of 2500/- or 20% of the program fee whichever is higher. 		Transfer of the program is possible with the applicable transfer fees (Fees will be not more than 5% of the total course fee).
This transfer is possible only upto 24 Hrs before the start of the program. No transfer possible, once the program has started.
3 Programs with program having duration over 24Hrs (only Applicable In Case of Full Payment Done) 1. There is no refund in case the process is initiated after 24hrs purchasing of the program.
2. Refund of fees possible after deduction of 3000/- or 20% of the program fee whichever is higher. 		Transfer of the program is possible with the applicable transfer fees (Fees will be not more than 5% of the total course fee).
This transfer is possible only upto 24 Hrs before the start of the program. No transfer possible, once the program has started.
4 Programs with program having duration over 24Hrs (Applicable In Case payment made through installments) There is no refund in case of the payment made through instalment plan. Transfer of the program is possible with the applicable transfer fees (Fees will be not more than 5% of the total course fee).
This transfer is possible only upto 24 Hrs before the start of the program. No transfer possible, once the program has started.
